Siberian Wheatgrass is a long-lived perennial, cool-season, introduced bunchgrass. Similar to Desert Wheatgrass, Siberian Wheatgrass is more drought tolerant and retains its greenness and palatability later into the summer than standard, fairway or even the hybrid-cross Wheatgrasses.
